I used to have dozens of hobbies, but they've all dropped off for various reasons.
I was a serial collector of vehicles and it got a bit silly, but hey I had a good job, a free flat and not married.
At one point I had a 4m RIB, a kdx200 enduro, a drbig 750 Suzuki, a ZX12 Kawasaki, a Honda monekeybike, a landrover defender and a discovery, a stand up jetski, a waverunner and a wetbike, a 4x4 Sierra, a Grand Cherokee jeep and a fully rally prepared turbo escort.

All my money was going on insurance and repairs.
Sold the lot except the kdx.
Got nothing for them, they were all a bit battered and neglected.

Never again, Mr minimalist now.
 
Me too, minimalist that is. I was up to 13 running, insured, and registered motorbikes at my worst bike phase, and in California, just the tags alone were a big expense. Since I was my own mechanic owning and keeping them in good riding nic became a job. Now one or two M/C is my maximum and one cage. It was fun though, when 2 smokes were king and easily available.
 
Yup, only the ZX was brand new and the rest needed constant repairs, you also need to tax them in the UK and send off forms to register them as stored off road.
It became a job owning them

my kdx is 2 stroke, man it smokes.
 
I lost interest in my previous hobbies, I was hoping to find something that can be a source of passive income. Any suggestions?
 
Grow cannabis.
It's not a hobby if you are getting paid.
Hobby is something that you like doing without pay. Get job like i did I get $25 an hour operating a CNC Flexicam.
