Did it come with the Topeak rack or did you add it?I had no idea that I'd enjoy the assist it provides.
Trek Verve+ 2
The bag was added. I also added the bottle holders and changed the handlebars.Did it come with the Topeak rack or did you add it?
Yes! My hands go numb with a flat bar and the sweep of the Jones is just right.....doh! It's a Jones bar...
Sorry, I didn't fully answer your first question .....The rack came on the bike new and serves as the mount for the rear light and fender. The bag was purchased separately. The rack is MIK compatible but the bag just uses straps to attach.Did you buy a new topeak rack or the little accesory that lets you mount on existing rack?
You had no idea? Then why did you buy it?I had no idea that I'd enjoy the assist it provides.

Yeah, that's part lack of knowledge about electric assist bikes and part upselling at the bike shop. I went to the bike store to get something like a Townie...left with the Verve. I was hooked after the test ride. You had no idea? Then why did you buy it?
Those are cool bikes! Having a prefect fit is really nice too. I probably should have researched all the options before buying but I'm not unhappy at all.I went whole hog after testing an Allant+7.
Speed demon, eh? I’d recommend the 7s only because it has a better rack and lights...IMO.Those are cool bikes! Having a prefect fit is really nice too. I probably should have researched all the options before buying but I'm not unhappy at all.
But....an Allant+ 7S or 8S may be in my future.
More power! Unfortunately, my dealer says neither will be available until next year...if I order now.Speed demon, eh? I’d recommend the 7s only because it has a better rack and lights...IMO.
Never heard of Komoot. I'll have to check that out....route planning and uploading (Komoot), but a different one for downloading your ride stats at the end of a ride (Strava)...
