The main agent for this manufacturer, James Hanks, does not honour the 12 month warranty. The control screen no longer switches on & James has ignored all emails with respect. My friend & I have purchased a bike each, almost 4k, both are not working. James is using a video of myself on his website (yet confirmed it had been taken down on my request). Any tips how to litigate these issues much appreciated.

All details are here, including James Hank's pathetic attempt at an explanation. He claims I did 500,000 kms on my bike, photo attached of 512kms. But be quick, James will suspend his FB business page when customers complain.
