Smart Charger Output is not 41.8V

Hi!

I have a small problem where the battery reaches 99% and then it takes forever to get to 100% (sometimes it never reaches it). I have measured the output of the charger and it reads 41.3V instead of the 41.8V it should.

Can you please measure yours and tell me the readings to know if mine is defective?

(I cannot comment on the measured voltage but the charging process near to 100% is actually balancing the cells and might take a very long time. No worries!)
