Sleep vs Off

What do you all do with regards to turning your Stromer Off vs letting it go to sleep? Mine will live in an unheated garage. I’ve got the BT-based Auto Unlock feature activated, but I’m wondering whether I should use “Off” or sleep for day-to-day operation. How good is the sleep function?
Of course, given winter in New England, I’m likely to bring the battery inside more often than not!

The same as on your computer; off means off, but sleep means, someone surveillance functions are still on.

Thanks. I'm just looking for some real-world feedback on the power consumption difference. I'm going to assume that "off" is very low, if not zero, but what about sleep? If I leave the bike in sleep mode and don't ride for a week or two, what kind of energy has been consumed?
As you know, I've been playing around with the app - when the bike is off, the app can't connect. However, when it goes to sleep, I think the app might still be able to connect to the app. I need to double-check.
