Sizing on Ride1up bikes

HI Everyone:
I was thinking of preordering a Ride1up Prodigy. I'm 5'6 with a 28 inch inseam. They only sell one size of the bike and a little concerned. I broke my knee cap recently and would like my feet pretty flat to the ground if possible

The Prodigy is not yet available for pre-order. I would say that the seat would not be at optimal fitting position for riding if you are able to touch the ground flat footed. On my 700, I'm tippy-toes if I sit on the seat because I have it adjusted for optimal pedaling fit.

I'm looking at them as well and I'm 5"3".
