Just Purchased a used Delite GX Rohloff with the Fox 34 suspension setup. Does anyone have any experience getting service on these shocks or how often you have to do this? The Fox website recommends service every 100 hours of riding.
Wondering if this is overkill or not.
Would depend on how you ride, if you only ride on roads/paths, then definitely overkill, but if you're doing serious downhill, that's a different story.
