Serial 1 Cty/Rush speed Gen. 2 battery drains while off

Hi everyone,

I just bought the Serial 1 Cty/Rush Speed Gen. 2 few weeks ago and I love the bike but the battery is draining while the bike is off and parked inside my basement. The other day I had still 50% battery powre left and a week later when I turn the bike on its at 0%.
I have updated to the latest firmware and also updated my Enviolo Hub with the latest firmware. Anybody knows what the issue could be and what my next step should be.

Sweet looking bike. Brand new? Contact seller and use the warranty,

If the battery is removeable, you could charge it and see if it loses charge out of the bike after a few days. Then the service peoples would have some useful data.

Also, are there any aftermarket lights or accessories that run off USB attached to the bike? If the bike's USB ports are always on, some of them will run your battery dowm, given enough time,

bike is brand new and no lights or accessoeries are installed. I have submitted a ticket with Serial 1 on Friday lets see if they reply back.
