Hi EBR, I started having a problem where my dual battery Tern GSD (2021, cargo line motor) would suddenly turn off after hitting a big bump. It would only happen intermittently, until yesterday, it happened twice on a ride, and the second time, the bike would not power back on.
I removed and reseated both batteries, and the bike turned back on with the first battery, but turned off when the second was attached. Then I noticed the fourth indicator light on the battery was constantly lit. There also appeared to be some condensation/fogging in the LED cavity.
I left the second battery off the harness to continue the ride. The light had turned off by the time I got home. Then, I noticed the battery power on without my action, and power back off after a moment. It continues to happen. I left the battery outside, off the bike, because it worries me. Any ideas?

Edit for some details: Powerpack 500, Bosch Gen 4 Cargo Line motor, dual batteries original to the bike, Purion display. Bike is not a garage baby.
