Selling liquidated ebike batteries / chargers (some new, most used)

I purchased a number of liquidated ebike batteries and chargers from a local business that was closing. I am trying to sell everything. Prices will be significantly discounted bc I don't like having large numbers of lithium batteries in my home.

I live in Michigan. I am willing to travel <3 hours for large purchases but otherwise would prefer to meet locally or ship.

I'm a total novice. Any tips on how to verify the charging capacity for potential buyers would be appreciated
