Rook front fender rubbing solved

Please below of my remediation of the front fender rub issue, although I used a dremel with chain saw sharpening bit, a small round mill file would perform the same function ( lengthening the bottom of the fender bracket by 1/16 of an inch.

I also found a handy way to attach a garage door opener to my phone pouch using Velcro.
