Hi. Want to replace my front chainring on my Ride1Up 700 series bike. Would like to go to a smaller ring to give me a bit lower gearing.

The existing chainring has bolts that measure roughly 4.75” or 120mm center to center and there are 5 bolts.

Any idea on where to get a 120 BCD, 5 bolt chainring? Looking for either 38 or 40 teeth. All the 120’s I’m finding are 4 bolt rings. Wonder why Ride1Up would spec such an odd chainring configuration?

Thanks.

New 700 owner looking to upgrade the front chainring as well, going the opposite way though- (want to move to a 48t). Did you find a product that worked?
