Replacement controller for Evo Cross

Hi there,
New to the forum. I’m posting as I’m frustrated at trying to resolve an issue with my Evo Cross which is about 7 years old. I dropped the bike and cracked the cradle for the controller. The controller hadn’t been working well anyway but now I’m needing to replace the whole mechanism. I’ve been looking online but have had no luck in trying to source a replacement. One place advertises them but none in stock. Any ideas where I may be able to find one for sale- cradle and controller?
Many thanks,
John

If you can't get one in North America, try a dealer in Spain where BH is located. Also you could try a dealer in the UK, as BH reentered that market this year. I wish I had better (cheaper!) advice.

Hi guys, I have tried all of the above and not one reply…! I’ve emailed BH Spain and UK about 3 times each….
any further ideas please? Really frustrated and wish I’d never bought this bike (as good as it is).
Cheers

did u call Voltaire cycles ?

Hi again, I have finally had some reply from BH Asia. They have asked for the bike serial number, which the only number I can find is on the frame just under the handlebars. Begins with W and is 10 numbers/letters. They have said this is not the right number but can’t tell me where it is and I have scoured the bike and found nothing else. Anybody know where I can find this elusive number please…?
cheers,
John

Mine's is on the downtube all the way down just above the crankset , 12 characters, starts with a digit and has 2 randomly placed letters in it.

Maybe score ebay and just buy an used Bh for the parts ?

I just bought a new LCD controller from here: https://ecycle.fr/display-de-commande-bh-emotion-neo
I had the old removeable V1 controller on my Neo Cross but this is a V3 non-removable controller but it is much better. It now displays MPH or KMH whereas my previous one was just KMH. Being non-removable the connections are now reliable but perhaps less security?
I am in the UK, and obviously this is a French site but I had no problems with ordering or shipping (and this is post-Brexit!). If you use Google translate or an app on your phone it will help but most things are obvious.
Good luck!

They also have just the cradle if you wish but I'd upgrade if I was you.
