Repair stand for carbon fiber e-bike?

I have found the YC-200BH bike repair stand which is out of stock in the USA and the Feedback Sports Sprint bike repair stand which is pricy at $340 but is available to buy.

I have been using a Park Tool stand with the clamp for the top tube or seat post of a non carbon fiber frame but with the weight of the Specialized Creo e-bike I want to add a repair stand that supports the frame by the bottom bracket and front dropout.

Any other bike repair stands that are available?

BMC specifies seat post repair stands for their carbon fiber frames.

I can replace the CF seat post with a metal one before working on the bike but this is only a partial solution as my Park Tool PCS 9.2 stand is not going to support the weight of my Specialize Creo unless half the weight is supported by the floor.

I did finally locate Silca's Hirobel carbon frame clamp which some closest to being a good support for an e-bike with a carbon fiber frame. It supports the top tube at the top tube and and again at the seat post end. A bit like holding the bike with both hands to support the weight off the ground. The Hirobel in turn is clamped into a standard bike repair stand like my Park Tool one. It is the first support that is designed for heavy bikes with carbon frames and provides full access to every component on the bike, including the wheels for tube repairs or tire replacement.

Don't clamp the top tube. That bike was way to expensive to crack the frame for a routine repair. Use Hirobel to safely work on any shape frame out there

I like this carbon frame clamp. I think I'll order one.
Any idea what the wheel-things that the frame sits on is made of? Just wondering if they could leave marks on the frame.
