well the lumens are way off I bet they are around 100 to 200. 2400 would need a very large battery pack. and would generate a lot of heat and you could land planes with it

There are a number of handlebar extensions that hold 18650 batteries and have a USB port. Now I want to determine if all are created equally or if some actually are better than others. They may all actually be made in the same place and have a different name of them.

Thanks for posting this. I ordered one with the phone charger battery for one of my bikes. On another bike with a Yamaha mid drive I have one of the standard (no name, no battery) extenders that I used for the display control buttons which I relocated off of the handlebar for various reasons. Didn't know that they come as a battery phone charger version.

Here it is on the bike that I'm taking for some minor touring next week. I still have to see how well it charges my phone (emergency use only). Will mount a light and attach a bear spray holder to it.

Yesterday, I met a friend of mine and noticed that his bicycle has a handlebar extender. Today, while looking online for one for my bike, I saw that Redcomets makes a few different models and some of them even have a built-in LED light and battery power bank. Does anybody here have one of these and, if so, how well do they work?

The lumens are correct that light is very bright very powerful I loved it while it worked. Built a nice e-bike topped it off with that light the light worked for 2 months minimal use. It won't accept the charge it will not light up. Tested my batteries there is 3.98 volts each they're fine. The only problem was it didn't seem to continue to work it works great while it did function

You are welcome.

Let us know how well they work out because I am still looking.
They're either 18650s or 21700. The one with 2400 lumens has two 21700 batteries
700 batteries

I think on my version the batteries are 18650.
Voltage today is 4.10v each (fully charged several days ago).
Test charging my phone which has a fairly high capacity battery it took it from around 50% to somewhere in the 70% range. Not great but ok for emergency use.
