Update on last post about battery not charging. I got a diagnosis faster by sending my information directly to Rattan then sending that same information to electric bike Paradise where I purchased it from. Diagnosis bad "battery" so I'm getting a new battery hopefully that will solve the issue. Will update when battery battery arrives. Thanks for all the info guys and gals
