Recommendations for Durable, Puncture-resistant 4" Tires for 20" Foldable

I have a 20” foldable fat bike and am looking for durable, puncture-resistant 4” tires.
I ride mainly on paved roads and do a little offroad by the beach, etc. A hybrid tire would be ok.
I ride daily as I use the ebike as my main source of transportation.
And i live in Thailand so I need to order from a place which could ship there and has good customer service.
Suggestions? Referrals? Tips?

I know some of the high speed ebike guys run 16” motorcycle tires on 20” bicycle rims for better durability. I don’t remember the details. Sorry.
