Radwagon: Smaller cassette or bigger crankset?

Has anyone tried to upgrade the crankset or cassette to higher gear ratios for the wagon?

I was looking at a tourney cassette that goes to an 11 tooth small gear (stock is 14), or I saw some tourney cranksets that go up to 50t. Are either those a possibility for the wagon? I don't know a ton about bikes or e-bikes specifically, but the cassette looks like it wouldn't be that hard to swap. I assume the crankset would be harder, plus there is a cadence sensor in there somewhere?

I'd love to get just a little bit more of a high gear so I don't have to keep such a high cadence to keep up with the motor...

Stopped by my LBS and it looks like there is a 11t-30t 7 speed freewheel that will work. Should be about a 5-6 mph difference around 80 rpm so that's about exactly what I'm looking for. I'll post back on thursday with more info.

So I got a epoch 11-30 installed and up and running. Much better. Having a little trouble getting the rear derailleur to adjust correctly to get to the biggest 30t cog, but I don't really need it either. I'll probably mess with it more at some point but not a big priority. One word of advice, the hub nut (if that is the right name) on this freewheel is very flimsy. Would be easy to break. I used some red thread adhesive.
