I'm surprised that stock battery can hold 3000W.

If it's outputting 3000W, that means its draining 62.5A.
I would imagine BMS would kick in to prevent overcurrent.

Not running 3000w. Motor might be 3000w rated. Stock battery is ~40A Peak (seconds, BMS). Cells rated also 40A Peak.
