Awesome solution, except they don't have that part in stock.
I was very close to grinding down a hex key to do this. But not everyone has A) the tool in hand and B) the other tool to make the first tool work. I can likely find a hex key I can grind down for a very low price. I love the 3D print solution, but likely I don't need because I have alternate tooling options. I appreciate the share, though!

Thanks for the tip; can you please post a link as I've been looking for some T handle Hex wrenches?

This is what I have...the extra short hex is good when you really need leverage, like tightening the crank 8mm bolts.
Buy at Harbor Freight if you can...cheaper.

Retrieved my wife's bike today from the mothership. They replaced the wiring bundle, controller and pedal sensors. No charge. Nice folks in the shop.
