Man getting this thing edited and put on you tube took awhile. Quick little drop into the canyon by my house. Will do a couple more when I get them edited. Good thing I was an Electrician and not a software editor.
First time doing this , maybe the last, will try to get some different footage as I go. Video to follow.

Cool video. Feels like a fast paced roller coaster. You're on it the whole time accept for a couple of obsticles.

Nice, thanks for all your effort to capture and share that.

Ughh.... should of had some music, Like I said first time. I'll keep workin on it.

It has now gone to "private" for me too.

I didn't notice music, or anything, missing. Great first attempt. Sure, you will be able to improve in the future but, great video. I was left wondering, When is he going uphill - so fast, must be going uphill somewhere here. :)

Maybe, Hydra power. And skilled/practiced riding that route.

Still Urgh!!!!!!!! wasn't set originally to "private" will check it out stay tuned. Success?? If you can click on the settings icon on bottom right side and change the quality to 1080HD and then it preload up a minute before playing, music should be there too. I hope. Workin on the next one.

What a "Backyard"!

Great addition. I've got to ask, do you speed up the footage at any point? I doubt it, but you appear to gain speed so rapidly. Looks fun and great.

Am amazed in your vid and others people post that you aren't coming across scads of people. Great ride.

How do I speed up the video? I was lucky to even post it up! I ride these trails a lot and watching it on my desktop is almost like being there.
I was in PAS 2 ( out of 5 ) and the first minute or so is a drop from the street into the canyon tapering down to the valley floor. Maybe 250' total drop or so. Down in the valley it's pretty flat until you have to climb up a little gully area to the mesa on top and then it's mostly flat single track but drops down into some more gully areas depending where you go. Never used the throttle at all and some sections are faster due to pedaling my A_ _ off. Had a 38t chainring in the front and was probably using a 24 or 26 in the rear. I will post up another 5 minute segment maybe tomorrow if I can figure out how to do it again.
These trails are so close and the whole ride (2+ hrs) I only saw one other regular MTBiker. Typically when I ride during the week at various times I see NO-ONE at all, makes it nice to fine tune my riding skills. And listening to my headphones helps a lot to.

Looking forward to your next installment.

Amazing to have easy access to that riding area. We have enjoyable spaces fairly close to us but I think of people who have to travel distances to get to good areas. Feel very fortunate.

Lovin’ videos like these!

Finally watched the video, yesterday I think, it was showing private on my phone.
I like it!!!.
Trail looks narrow and requires skills.
Only 4am here still dark and I feel the urge to hit the trails already, after seeing it.
But today I have things needs getting done around the house. After that off I will go riding.
I like the video,I appreciate it. Thanks.
My wife read me a post off a female EMTB or Pedego site. The lady said she had too many toys and distractions, not enough time and other things she needed to do in life so, sadly, she was going to be listing some things for sale. No low ball or rediculous offers please. She then went onto list houshold cleaning items etc for sale. :)

Go ride. Tomorrow the big one could erupt and you won't need to do the chores.

I say that teasing. and I feel that way. But, I just worked six 14 plus hour days to feed my focus for a new Hydra.

Today, I ride mountain trails. :)

Still trying to do video. Had one about 12min long with music and then found out when uploading on youtube that I can't use Itunes music ( copyright issues) so it only told me at the frikken end after a hour of uploading/processing/checking process. Wonder why it let me do the first one with music and post? Oh well so it goes. Gonna go ride and then mess around more this afternoon on these things.

No music ya gotta supply your own soundtrack for now. This is the topside of the canyon out on the flats from one side to the other, fun, fun, fun. All PAS 2 no throttle. Other trails close by as well.
Then there's the other side of the valley.... Stay tuned.
