Hi. Thanks for adding me to this forum. I have just bought a Cube Reaction 500sl. After my first trip out i have put the battery on charge and although the indicator on the purion says it is fully charged the remaining kms has stayed the same. When I picked it up from dealer it showed 160 kms available on Eco setting. On returning from first ride it showed 109 and after charging over night it still shows 109 but battery indicator shows full. Any ideas please ...

Nice choice of bicycle. The Cube reaction 500 is one of the bikes I test rode. I found it very lively, comfortable and responsive. Although I bought a different bike, it made my final cut. I am still looking back over my shoulder at your bike. I love the way they sank the battery into the down-tube...great design on the battery integration and the bike overall.

I suspect you will need to bring the bike into a Bosch bike repair specialist in order to diagnose the issue with your display. In all likelihood, the bike, motor and battery are fine but he display unit needs a software update or re-installation to clear what is most likely a computational error in the display programming.

Hi Alaskan. I thought long and hard about which bike to get. This is my first ebike and apart from this problem i am well pleased. I love in France so there were plenty to choose from as ebikes are becoming very popular here, Moustache, Orbea, Giant, Lepaire, and others. I will call shop tomorrow and post final outcome on this forum. Thanks for taking time to contact me. Rick500sl
