Bad timing. Zen E-bikes will be located in Halifax but we aren’t operational yet due to COVID-19 challenges.
What kind of three wheel E-bikes were you looking at?
Is it for cargo or for someone who has physical disability?
Most 3 wheel bikes come with a limitation of balancing because of the lack of tilting and differential mechanism. But, there are some good ones.

If you have balance problems the best solution ( most expensive also ) is a trike with 2 tilting wheels on the front. Most Trikes with that design are for cargo however. Here are two different approaches for example. Cheap = https://www.voltbike.com/voltbike-trio.html OR pricey = https://www.butchersandbicycles.com/mk1e-touring The Voltbike will be tippy at speed but if you are slow and careful it will do the job on a budget. The second bike can fly around corners and carry your grandkids, your dog and your groceries (-:
