Hi there - I have sold my Propella 1.0 e-bike but still have the charger and battery (long story).
Battery (broken) - $40 Canadian, or best offer
The battery is not working but may have some 18650 cells that still work, and there is no damage to the pack which you could totally reuse.
The charger is as good as new. Here are some things from the label:
