I couldn't ascertain how to turn on the Juggernaut display's backlight and the bike's headlight - a little guidance would be much appreciated.

Also, how do you get the readings to go from kmh to mph?

Just press and hold the "+" button

On the C963 display, you can only see speed in kph. That said, if you set the wheel size to 18, that will hack the speed to be in mph because 18:29 is the same ratio as mph:kph. Easy hack
