Hi all...recently I had the panic of loseing one of my battery lock keys that came with the bike. I tried to get blanks to make a spare,went to the local hardware store to no avail, and ended up calling my E bike store and Magnum support. The end answer was if you lose both keys go to your ebike store and they will swap out locks and give you two new keys. Fortunately my key turned up with a broken top loop(why I lost it). I took my keys and drilled holes in the meat of the plastic to give a stronger hold for the ring. Just a suggestion to save your keys. Good luck, Happy
