PLEASE HELP WITH A NEW CONVERSION

I just finished installing a front wheel motor and connecting the controller. I won't be using PAS, just the throttle. After connecting the lithium battery, pushing the red button on the throttle, nothing happens when I twist the throttle. The battery is fully charged. ALL wires are connected to the controller.

Can anyone help?

If you installed brake levers, the levers have a motor cutoff. It could be something simple like that. I think you can just disconnect the plugs for the brake levers, to test. Could be a bad throttle. Try working it a bit. Jiggle everything.

For a new kit, controllers and motors are replacement items, so you'd want to get the seller to advise on what to do.
