Please help cube wont start up

Hi I have a 2022 Bosch kiox smart system on my cube, when I went to start it up yesterday it just flashes on the thumb control and doesn't start up, when I plug it in the kiox fires up but just shows completely blank like it's brain dead or something. I have fitted a 2022 smart system speedchip and followed the countdown process correctly, I don't think it's the chip as IV read it should show a error code advising it's in limo mode, it doesn't show anything at all just blank any advice or information welcome
