I just bought the Ecotric Seagull26S900-W. The pedal assist in Eco mode 1 works fine until the speed reaches 7.5 mph and works fine after reaching 10.2 mph. But in Eco mode between 7.5 and 10.2 mph the pedal assist and the throttle cause a shuttering vibration that appears to hinder the pedal assist from working. I have experimented by when the shuttering begins, I switch to 0 mode where there is no pedal assist, just real time pedaling, and the bike is easier to pedal with the assist turned off than with it on. This only occurs in Eco 1 and between those speeds mentioned; all other speeds and modes, 2 through 5 work smoothly and accurately. Has anyone else experienced a problem like this? Please let me know. Ecotric is sending me a new back wheel; I hope that fixes it. But I am worried that the problem could be a flaw in the Seagull's design, thus my need to hear if anyone else has had such an experience.
