Question Can you add a 2nd battery inline via the charging port in a bag on rear.

Thanks for that responce. It is now clear the way it is set up they all have to talk to each other.

Just carry a spare battery. I bought 2 identical bikes for this reason so if we wanted we could go further.

our tandem came with there ability for another battery but the company never installed the wires or flashed the system so its only; useful to carry a spare. but thats best as I don't want to drain both batteries when we many not need the spare.
