Peddle is very stiff

I have a brand new zoomo. Sport model. Took it out the shop it was all good. Transported in a car to home. When reached home it would hardly move. It feels like the back brakes are being applied. When I turn the bike on it moves smoothly. But In off mode it does like to move. I can take it back. Though I would see if any one can help me out. I’m in chicago. I got it for two weeks for free thanks to door dash promotion. I appreciate the help.

You'll have to describe your problem more clearly. The Sport has a motor lock to prevent theft? Maybe you have to learn how it works. I dunno know it works, but I read it has one.
