PAS failure on Lectric X Premium

Is anyone else having significant PAS failure on their X Premium. Mine began occasionally, now it’s off all together. Throttle works though. Have only had it three months. What’s the fix if anyone knows?

One issue can be the distance between the magnet and the sensor.

The X Premium is a mid drive so there is no sprocket magnet like the hub motor has.

My Ariel Rider C class has a mid motor, and the pickup magnet is on a rear spoke. The magnet was misaligned when I first got the bike, but with some hints from customer service, I was able to fix it easily.

Is the speedo working correctly (full time, under power and when coasting)? If so, it either isn't using a spoke magnet, or the spoke magnet is working as designed.
