The Lite weighs about 47lbs while the XP 2.0 comes in around 64lbs. I don't think my wife could lift the XP 2.0 into the back of her Forester but can do the Lite with a little effort.
The Lite is a single gear. My wife has never had a geared bike so this was actually a positive for her. The PAS acts as gears. She never uses throttle only.
The Lite is a little smaller than your bikes. At your height you may be at maximum extension for the seat and handlebars
