Hello all. I contacted Ariel w/a question a few weeks ago and they answered promptly. After about a month of dithering self-torture, I bought the m-class yesterday morning. They are using a shipment tracking app called “route”. The UPS label was printed today. The shipment is waiting for pick up. I know there have been a lot of negative reports about Ariel customer service, but most of them seem to be from around the first wave of the pandemic. Those complaints were a major cause of hesitation for me. So we shall see. I will continue to post on my experience.
