Options compared to Ride1up LMTD

Hey guys

One of the bike that appeals to me is Ride1up LmTD and wondering there is anything else out there that may use more premium parts.

Main criteria is

1. < 65 lbs
2. High quality front suspension
3. Generally high quality parts
4. I am indifferent between hub and middrive and actually enjoy the hub drives

What else would you recommend as a option/ comparison to LMTD.

I didn’t mention price because I am really more focused on getting the right bike. But fine to stretch it up to $4k. I know I could get a lot of Bosch mid drive bikes for that money. But I feel given most of my driving is on flats, I don’t really need mid drive. And enjoy the cruiser type feel of a hub drive.

Were you wanting a torque sensor? The XRs are now selling with a cadence sensor, although they may be switching back to torque sensors next year.

I was also looking at the LMTD and another bike a couple months ago. In my case, the other bike was a Ride1Up 700 series, and I bought one about 6 weeks ago. Ultimately, I still might buy another bike in the next year or so, one with a torque sensor and preferably something quieter with a well tuned torque sensor like in the Bosh, Brose, and Yamaha mid-drive systems. Ride1Up will be coming out with the Prodigy for next year availability, which looks interesting, and they have another bike in the works with 3" wide tires, but no details on that, yet.

I don’t think I have a strong preference for cadence vs torque sensor. Main requirement is < 65 lbs, upright, class 3, really good front fork (some people have called NYC roads worse than unpaved trails) and general high quality bike.
