Opinions on C22 and on Fiido in general

We're considering the Fiido C22 for my wife. The most attractive features are the torque sensor and very light weight. Her current ebike is the Lectric XP which she finds to be too heavy and clumsy for her to handle, specially when first getting started, or in unexpected situations.

I've found a few video reviews on the C22, and looks like a nice bike. However, there is very little information about Fiido and its support. I get the impression it has a 30 day warranty, and we'll be on our own after that, with little chance of getting support or replacement parts.

Does anyone have any experience with Fiido customer service? Or the C22 itself?
