Now I feel like an idiot.

I had changed my riding modes on my nyon as soon as I got it. but I was petty sick so I was using more assist at the time. well I noticed today I was having trouble keeping my watts high enough in tour going about 22mh and I could not keep it above 150 or so watts. so I stopped to adjust it on my phone. I had always adjusted it from the webpage on my computer. well I saw on the phone How to enable the custom mode on the nyon. this whole time I was using standard modes. man a huge difference now. I was after making eco a little more powerful and tour a little less so they were closer and not such a large change between them. I want a little boost at the low end to get going faster. Now to really dial it in.

I'm not very familiar with the old Nyon as it's not a NA product, but hopefully another user has a better answer on that.

We've been quite busy lately with our new training season ramping up, so not as much time to read posts. I think I briefly saw your post on Nyon, but can't recall the details. I'd recommend a software update on the whole system if you have not already, and then possibly a diagnostic report from your shop if the update does not make things right.

so far the reset worked on todays ride.

Switching custom and default ride modes back and forth on the old Nyon:

Tick the joystick to the right while in the ride screen and you will see the top box show a graphic of the motor which allows you to select custom ride modes. Doing the same thing again allows you to select default (preset) ride modes. You do loose the range prediction in custom modes.

looks like you do have range prediction but it gets reset. so our ride was about 16 miles in mode two or tour and the range looks pretty accurate. Burt if you change modes it does not change the range so you must have to ride in each mode for ah our to get it. but then I wonder if you change modes will it change the range? most of the time if we are not climbing I am in tour.
