I have been using this noseless saddle from Schwinn ($20-30 on eBay or Amazon) and it really helps with nerve pressure. My understanding is that this is really not a gender-related issue, but nerves that we all have tend to get pressed on by bicycle saddle noses, and that causes pain, especially when you get a little older like I am!
I also tried saddles from ISM, like the Typhoon, and they are very good, relieving a lot of the pressure and yet feeling more like a bicycle saddle.
The one I'm using isn't for everyone, because a lot of people say they feel like they're falling off the seat. But it's working great for me, and I think the fact that it is on an e-bike really helps! I'm able to move the seat down a couple of inches, keep it nice and level, and then it doesn't feel like I'm falling off it, and it totally relieves the pressure Meanwhile, the ebike motor makes it easy to pedal with a slightly lower seat post position.
If you have discomfort from the nose of a bike saddle, all is not lost!
