noise in rear wheel

Could be loose spokes, or reflector

Usually loose spokes.

I checked and tightened all spokes. Noise is still there. Reflector is good. Anything else that i could check

Is it when you pedal or all the time?

I would put the bike up on a work stand and check all components including the brakes and if it does on all gears while pedaling or coasting.
