No power

I have a NCM Moscow plus e-bike, I've had it now for 6 months and in that time it's been in the work shop 3 times.

The problem is, some of the time, when I turn on the bike's power for pedal assist, there is power. The gauge is all lit and when I start to pedal no power is there. I've had a new kit fitted to the bike and these events only occurred post new kit.

Since the fitting, the cut out has been a frequent, it's had a new controller fitted. I also videod the issues and showed the shop.

Pre fitting of the kit, I had no problems.

If anyone can help with solutions, I'd appreciate it. The bike is still under warranty.

I have the same bike and my problem is that the electric assistance turns off and on randomly.That is to say that the assistance starts as it should but before I reach speed it cuts out again, to come back or not.When you say that the problem occurred in your case after installing a new kit, which kit are you talking about?
