Hello folks, I just relocated to Florida's west coast from NE Georgia. Any I just ordered a juggernaut ultra duo along with a few extras. I also ordered a Burley trailer so I could bring my beagle along for the ride. So the question is, is the axle going to be long enough to install the hitch bracket

You might want to ask Biktrix. I don't think the stock axel will work, I believe there is an aftermarket axel made that will get the job done.
