Been doing research for about a month and decided to order some stuff last week.
Assembly was a breeze and it is a blast to ride....no issues.

Welcome.

Nice job - looks like a factory e-bike!

Maybe there is some hope for my Gross Tonnage Avalanche 1.0 to come out of the shed and get some use after all. I tried it recently under all my own power, and back into the shed it went.

That looks to be a nice, clean install. Damn, I'm tempted to do a DIY with a Grin All-wheel hub motor and Phase runner controller, but I've got a Watt Wagons super bike on order and I don't (sort-of) need three ebikes and two road bikes.....do I?

Nicely done! Great choice of donor bike as well.

Nice conversion. I always liked the BBS02 kits because they look so clean when done well.

First I would like to congratulate the OP on a job well done and it looks amazing. In regards to Deacon Blues, the heart wants what the heart wants.

As a working pro wrench, I commend your very clean install. The way you handled the excess cables and zip tied it up is excellent.
