The Deadline has passed and no action was taken so it did not pass this year either.

That's too bad. Would have liked to get some tax relief from the bike I bought my wife last month. Oh well.

Yep, it's anybody's guess if there will be any federal subsidies coming anytime soon ie I think there is a big question mark over whether the E-Bike Act could get into an infrastructure bill that would pass this Congress.
