New VADO 4.0 with vibration

Hi I’m new to the forum. Just wanted to know if vibration from the motor comes on and off when riding? Almost feels like the chain rings are misaligned. Rode the bike with power off and no vibration felt. New bike is suppose to be smooth when pedaling? Thanks

From your description it is difficult to discern.....but no....you should not feel an obvious or overt 'vibration' when the motor is running. I would take it to your point of purchase and have them diagnose.
"Smooth" pedaling should be the norm.
