New to phones& bikes

@Amish David
Last summer in Ontario Canada some guy who had stolen a motorcycle while making his get away / joy ride plowed into a horse at the crossroads at 180 km/h split the horse in half destroyed the motorcycle and killed himself. Thankfully the family of five in the buggy only suffered minor injuries.
These days you never know what some people may do.

I have only been in this Area For a few months and already 3 buggy have been Hits, 2 totally destroyed, Thank God the people survived, the last person was given a ticket and told to apologize to the family once they got out of the hospital. Every body is in such a hurry to get no where, im content in a slower less confusing life.

Have a look at Luna Cycle website and talk to them about your needs before you give any money to anyone on eBay.
At the very least you will have someone to talk to at Luna Cycle if any issues arise during warranty.
That is just my opinion.

Why not buy a cheap ebike from Amazon? Less than $500 delivered with Lithium batteries. China produces millions of these low cost ebikes every year.

Thanks AguassissiM.. Just wondering any experience with the 2 set ups? My neighbor told me he know a guy in California that sold the 48 volt 20 amp rear deck battery for 450 dollars it weighs 15lbs, further studying on the other batteries they are 35ah but only 252.00 delivered the down fall to,this is the weight, it would be 77.6lbs heaver then the 20ah 18651 pack. So if the weight VS. The extra AH comes out about the same I would be better off saving up the extra $180.00 and going less AH? Hope all this make scence

I already have a off road bike and i need at least 750w hub minuam living in the Mountains. And China is a gamble, IV been told 50% of there stuff is bad on arrival and you can't get your money back. I also have made some mods, to the bike I have. And this way I know what I have. But thank you on the input. Not being rude by the way.

Hi @Amish David

I'd even go further! A little over 3 years ago I started ebike commuting on a bike with 500 watt direct drive hub and a 36 volt, 16 amp hour battery. My daily commute was 34 miles round trip and I think I averaged about 15 to 16 MPH, with 20 top speed. 1 year I put 6000 miles on the bike here in hilly Pennsylvania. I don't think you even need 20 amp hour at 48 volt with a lithium-ion pack. Not for 14 miles a day. But 20 Ah will do it for sure, and do it for years!

Ok looks like I will save up for the 20ah lithium set up then. However since this goes to 48 volts instead of 12 volts x 4 I have to come up with a different design for a generator for the battery. One problem solved another one pops up. Thanks guys

@J.R. @AguassissiM ... figured I might as well get started on this thing I did have a thumb brake light on The Handlebar but I know the throttle has to go there so I relocated the brake light to the front disc brake arm. All's I did was put a toggle switch there which will run electricity to the brake light when the brake is applied. I am also making a 12 volt battery box for the blinkers brake lights and headlight and parking lot which will be mounted in the middle of the frame.
