Hello All,

Stumbled upon this forum when searching for info on my e bike and issues I've been having with it. I have Giant Embolden E, love riding it. The issue I'm having and the bike shop has no answers for me is that the Odometer keeps dropping off Kms...there seems to be a glitch in the software or with a bad chip or something. Over the past 8 months it's dropped approx 40-50% of the km I've actually put on the bike. Waiting for a response from Giant Europe but its already been 4 months and no word from them! Anyone else experience this? I have the small ride dash computer that pairs with the bike to track metrics like cadence, trip distance etc... It's not the problem as when we swap it out for a new one the same #'s come up. I can go for a 30 k ride, and nxt day the total odometer reading will be lower than when I started the previous day.

Here's a sample of the pics of bike computer. Odometer reading at 746, ride 20km and odometer reading drops back to 725km!
