Hello all I'm new to this but would love to know much more
I got a Qlife Racer about 5 mo. ago and love it

I started by exposing the controller and tracing the cables out to find what goes where. Then I familiarized myself with the connector types. Then I thought to myself “I should really wait until my warranty is up before I start modifying this bike. I mean, it’s nice and works, but could be better…..maybe.”

Changing out the controller (and display) is a popular upgrade. Just be prepared to do some splicing and soldering.
