New to eBikes, Not new to biking in Philadelphia

Hi All: I started biking 6 years ago after an organ transplant, and just recently got into eBiking back in August. I have two Aventon 500s, one for me and one for my wife, and I just recently acquired an older Trek Verve low step that I am rebuilding. It had been badly neglected and I'm doing a frame-up restoration, so I'll have lots of questions for the experts in the group. Thanks for allowing me to join the group. Here's my story and what got me into biking for health and enjoyment:

Welcome!
I was born and raised in Philly but haven't lived there in many years. My family still resides there, mostly in Germantown, and Mt Airy, some in Glenside and Jenkintown in the burbs. I get back for the family picnic each summer at Fairmount Park and am wondering if there are some worthwhile places to ride there?
Cheers
ps That was some medical save you had! One of my cousins just retired from Lackenau where he was a general surgeon for many years,

Great story, continued good health. I’ve had a Trek Verve +3 for about 4 months, good luck with fixing it up.

There are many great trails in and around Philadelphia, actually too many to list in a reply. The Schuylkill River Trail and the Wissahickon Trail are two trails that are easily accessible from the areas you mentioned.
