New Multicharger Owner -- clicking when pedalling question

Interesting. It’s not that audible, if at all, but I can feel the click under my foot. Yes, pulling the pedal back is always really noisy more so than previous bikes I’ve had.

Next time you’re out, could you ask her to see if pedaling forward after pulling back like that is completely smooth or if there is any gap (and click) before the motor engages. If it’s completely smooth, I probably need to get someone else to look at my bike. Thanks.

Tested it myself just now - no clicking mate.
Tried in all power modes and nothing.

Thanks. Hmm, I guess I need to find a mechanic who will take it seriously and investigate. I don’t know enough to figure it out myself, unfortunately. But that may mean also that it can be fixed, which would be great. Thanks for helping figure this out.

you could take the belt off and see if it still does it that would isolate it.
