It's been out for a while @ROJA . It's pretty much the same as the old one, and no, still doesn't support Vado. Works for Turbo S/X and Levo.

Linked video is in German. Published January 5.
I have not found it in Apple AppStore.

I have been waiting on a Como 3.0 for months. My local shop informed me a few weeks ago that they were releasing a 4.0 by the end of the month. Today they have a 4.0 on the web site with no price. Not interested in a low entry. When I spoke to customer service this week the service rep mentioned that the app may be coming soon. So I guess the app will be in the States soon.

The Vado/Como Android app as shown in the video was distributed from Specialized to dealers only. No user-version.
But your LBS can adjust as shown if requested.
